Martin Teras is a sales systems expert and trainer whose focus is on auditing companies’ sales processes, building sales systems and training managers. His practical experience includes both sales work and building and developing sales teams.

His sales career began in 2013 at Southwestern Advantage, where he worked as a sales representative for several seasons and led teams. He achieved a top 2% place among the best sellers among nearly 1500 participants.

He then moved to Wolf Group, where he sold Penosil construction chemical products and doubled the company’s sales in just two years. Within three years, he rose from the sales manager of the Estonian market to the Scandinavian export manager, managing sales activities on an international level.

Since 2024, Martin has been involved in corporate sales audits, sales system building, and building CRM solutions, helping CEOs and sales teams structure and optimize their sales processes.
